King Richard's coronation took place when Richard was only 10 years of age, in King Richard's Kingdom. The coronation was introduced in the song A Day in Richard's Life and was somewhat of a mess; the original heir Kingsley, denied the crown and it was given to Richard as a second option. This stuck with him unknowingly for years after and could be one of the explanations of his strange behaviour.
